Returns & Exchanges

At Kulfi Beauty, we want you to love your products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
